Dad went to Geocities back in the 90s gave up when it was just filled with cussers that wanted to blow air time. The ‘Religion’ section you couldn’t talk anything serious about what creation science actually says as the same two people would cuss out the threads pretending to be Christians and act anything but. In fact I’d be willing to go as far as saying that section there was a major infiltration attempt back then to keep people divided from coming to a union with a ‘Christ’ like understanding and it worked.

there are A LOT of people that don’t feel comfortable talking, or signing up at all because of past experiences where they got banned for speaking their mind. so now they remember that and are nervous and afraid of posting. especially on an “account” that they feel is personal to them. and it is. as soon as you sign up for an account, it becomes different than when you just post w/e.
there is A LOT of banning, ip banning, censorship and harassment going on if you have “wrong think” on other forums. and they dont want to go through that again. so they just post anonymous or do sign up but then don’t post. which i will agree, is very odd. why would you take the time to sign up, check your email for a link and get a profile, never to post ? like wtf really?

Yes, peoples past experiences on forums, like GuLP and that fucked up god-modders Jewish echo chamber btf in-particular [both of whom sold out to nefarious interests] is why many are put off from posting.
The thing that people need to realise is that this is a totally independently owned and operated forum.

This week Youtube banned me too and I never posted or commented on anything. Tiktok threw a hissy fit about a video I posted with a girl in a clown costume and now they’re threatening to ban me too.
I’m convinced that just being me is a bannable offense.
