These pics are a few years old.
It was the last El Nino summer that was brutally hot.
Whenever there’s a drought, the local kangaroos move into my suburb at night to feed on peoples front lawns.
I’d often find roo droppings on my lawn.
Here’s a few at the local oval one morning, relaxing until they saw my German Shepherd who was very intrigued and who most definitely wanted to sniff their bums.
kangaroos! i always loved those things.
Wow. Great shot Vince. Brings me back to camping when I was younger

we need more feeling good on the net and real life these days! people just say “get offline and turn off the news!! it will fix it”
no, no it doesn’t. just because you choose to ignore doesn’t mean the shit goes away. we are in this now, and we need places and ways to cope with it so we keep going and don’t off ourselves.
good on you guys for pinning stuff that is more than just war and death ![]()

Good points, if you’re going offline and turning your phone off then you need to replace it with something. Hiking or going outdoors is great especially when you’ve found somewhere remote enough, pair that with camping and your set
[quote=“Vince00”]Great hike across the central highlands, bothied and tarp camped the route over the 4 days.
that had to be awesome!! how was it?
