Well, there goes the argument that astronauts would die due to the radiation in the Van Allen belts.
The radiation really isn’t that powerful unless you spend days at a time in it. Even then, it might just make you sick, not necessarily kill you.
Plus, I’m sure they have thought of materials that reflect the radiation back or prevent it from entering the spacecraft or at least keep it well below the levels that would interfere with the astronauts
It is absolutely insane that we are alive in a time where we have little computers in our hands with a screen where we can watch live streamed updates of people in space going around the moon.
We have come so far in the last few decades it’s not even funny. Wow.

I don’t know what it is about space, I guess its the “awe” instilled from a young age. Anytime it gets brought up, we’re taken back and our critical thinking gets discarded and we drink it all up.
I think it’s all an elaborate scam/fraud of tax dollars, with whatever shown being a bread and circus projection of periodic results since something needs to be presented from time to time.
To assume this established organization in this day and age is doing anything other than fleece us just seems like a continuation of generational trauma.

That is an interesting theory and definitely something to discuss. I think we have moon or space conspiracy stuff in the conspiracy category. People bring that type of stuff up more and more

Yah they do stuff sometimes to keep the circus going. But it’s important to differentiate the two and not get distracted with all the other stuff going on. I do see what you are saying though. Most people just take the bait

They’ve always had this tech. They’re decades beyond what is allowed to be release to the public. They already have disintegrating ray guns like Marvin the Martian has 
yah. that has been a long debated subject. the governments around the world have A LOT of high tech stuff they don’t allow public eyes to see. but they release things to us every so often
