Yes (and ânoâ to some extent, itâs complicated) and they already have, however the GA does not babysit and there some things that human have to sort out for themselves, because they do have the power to do so.
Humans have been saved multiple times already.

In the event of full-scale nuclear war, Guardians and Guardians races will attempt, as best as possible, disabling of nuclear ICBMs, SLBMs and LLBMs, however, FA forces will do the same to Russian missiles, for instance, as well as attempting to counteract Guardian actions, and so it is not as simple as one might wish it to be. Guardian efforts, such as various treaties (there have been a lot of them) with FA races and Earth-based groups, has been how such things as all-out nuclear war have been prevented.
In short, it is preferable that life on Earth is NOT destroyed once more, yet it is also NOT primary the responsibility of the GA (Humans have primary responsibility for it.) If life is destroyed it can be reseeded (once again), and of course it is preferable that it is not destroyed, however the nature of contemporary The Drama is such that that might not happen (long story, did I say so? If one has info on the (true) history of Earth AND the Universe (and beyond) then of course itâs going to be A LOT to take in. Iâve not even scratched the surface. If one wishes to delve a lot more in to it, there are extra details released in Voyagers II The Secret of Amenti, which covers Earth history, dramas as well as more recent events (up until 2002 when that info was released to the public), however there are very people I know of who have been able to read Voyagers II because how much it overwhelms them; and VII is merely the tip of the iceberg even though it is a good summary of things.
But the stuff where itâs different species of humans or something is very interesting.
Intruder Races hybridization and interbreeding, cross-breeding and animal-hominid-hybridization programs are what have resulted in what we call âhumanâ today, nevertheless, despite setbacks, people are still able to evolve, albeit on their own paths and through their own evolutionary potential (which is different for different groups of people.)

Youâve got this thing that can be called âA Cosmosâ. Within it there exist multiple multidimensional universes, or what can be referred to as Time Matrices. There are very specific structures to these things and with complex energetic interconnections, geometric and mathematical, between the core structures. These energetic structures are called The Templar, the basis of each Time Matrix. Each galaxy, solar system and planet have their own Templar(s). All living beings do too, including you.
A Time Matrix consists of 12 dimensions (within its Outer Worlds, that I will stick to for now in order to keep things as simple as possible.) There exist 4 âDensitiesâ or Harmonic Universes in a Time Matrix, consisting of sets of 3 dimensions. Earth finds itself in the lowest Density, Density 1. Each progressive Density comprises less dense forms of matter, with Density 4 being the least dense, and most etheric-like (from the perspective of Density 1.)
(Iâm abbreviating HEAVILY as I describe these things.)
OK, so A Templar consists primarily of what can be called Star Gates, 12 Star Gates within each Natural Templar. As-mentioned, there exist these same structures at different scales throughout a Time Matrix.
I will leave The Structure at that for now, and on to some History âŚ
Time Matrices exist as structures for physical manifestation and so life needs to be Seeded into them. The process of Seeding a Time Matrix is known as Star Step Creation and is carried out from other structures beyond a Time Matrix and then from within a Time Matrix by founders Races, entrusted with creating the structures based upon DNA Templates of âincoming Life Wavesâ, creating bodies and races from what they have to work with.
Our Time Matrix was seeded with life 950 billion years ago under the guidance of Density 4 Founders Races. Between then and now A LOT of drama has unfolded. As is always the case, a Time Matrix starts off Organically and, ideally (and usually) it remains so. That was not the case with âourâ Time Matrix. 250 billion years ago event occurred that began its compromise. Ever since, a battle between âgoodâ and âevilâ has raged. I use these terms only so as to provide abbreviated comprehension. (âWhen in Romeâ.) Specifically, there was DNA distortion that began with some of the Founders Races in Density 4, when they began interbreeding (not fully knowing the consequences of it) and also there was intrusion from another Time Matrix that had already been compromised. It was the start of The Fall, within the history of this Time Matrix. There have been many Fallen Angelic races involved in The Drama, these fallen races having come about through Unnatural or Unfortunate events. (All being start off as benevolent.) It (The Drama) is all about The DNA and Race.
The Human Race was created 560 million years ago on a Density 2 planet known as Tara. The Human Race was created as an experiment, an experimental Healing Race (to heal what? Yeah, thatâs a long story and it has to do with the extensive drama of the prior hundreds of billions of years.) 550 million years ago, due to a cataclysm on Tara, caused by Humans on Tara messing around with stuff that they should not have been messing around with, also a long story, some of the Human souls from Tara fell to Earth and became trapped within the crust of the planet as fragmented souls.
