Considering the angle at high-upward angle from point of impact necessary to deflect immediately UP into neck, the shooter would have had to been lower than Kirk. If the bullet was fired from an elevagted long-distance trajectory, it would have deflcted sideways or down.

Yes I thought the same thing about the bullets trajectory and ricochet upwards when the assassin was said to be firing from an elevated position.

It seems like there are only the same two scenes from only two recordings and the footage is poor. One from the side, another from the front.
But I will let this one go. I’ve said all I care to about this. I don’t have a firm opinion, nor did I really think much of him.
